icealex's international social innovation track: the Youth Social Innovation Network (You SI Net), an Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange across six countries, and the Social & Inclusive Business Camp (SIBC) North Africa with AFD, where icealex is Egypt's implementing partner.
Under this track icealex brings two international programmes to Egypt. The Youth Social Innovation Network (You SI Net) is an Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange (2023 to 2026) that trains youth workers and young people from Egypt, Italy, Jordan, Morocco, Spain and Tunisia to run social innovation processes in their communities, through open online courses, training of facilitators, local pilot actions and an open resource hub in English and Arabic. icealex is the Egyptian partner in a seven-organisation consortium coordinated by Project Ahead.
The Social & Inclusive Business Camp (SIBC) North Africa is an AFD Campus programme led by Lab'ess with Pulse Group and I&P Conseil that accelerates growth-stage entrepreneurs with proven social or environmental impact across Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Libya. It combines e-learning, CODEV peer-coaching webinars, individual and group support from icealex, and two in-person bootcamps in Marseille and Tunis. icealex is the official Egyptian implementing partner (SAE): it co-designs the call, selects and supports the Egyptian cohort, and anchors the entrepreneurs locally after the programme.
